In 2015 I had the pleasure of working on and helping to develop a horror puzzle game called Replay with Earl Grey Games. This is one of the animations I created (in Maya) which the player sees upon dying.

A hand drawn animation I created in college.
When a young witch practicing a new recipe accidentally adds "ruff" to her potion instead of "rough", she doesn't get quite the monster she was hoping for. However she quickly learns to love her new creation.
This rooster prefers more "dimensional" mates.
And by dimensional, I mean the third dimension.
